Those behind the best of the best. It seems only fitting that our first post is about the man, myth and legend behind Rhode Island Poppers and Atlantic Offshore Lures. Read on and meet Mr. Armand Tetreault. Armand and his family reside in Rhode Island, his native state. He spent time as a mate on several of the charter boats that run out of Point Judith. He grew up fishing Narragansett Bay and continues to fish the bodies of water in Little Rhody. Through his trial and error fishing there, he developed his own line of lures. Armand is a master angler. Read on.
